20 hours per week

4:00pm - 7pm on week days and 10:30am - 7:00pm on weekends. (Washington St Campus)

Includes rotating weekends and holidays

Duties:

• Assist in overseeing and preparing food in proper quantity and quality to meet menu requirements for residents, staff, and special events
• Know correct food temperatures and sanitary practices
• Interpret production schedules and know portion control
• Provide supervisory duties in the absence of Cooks, Nutritional Services Coordinators, and Directors

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
