Job Description

Become a PM in a global organization, BAE Systems. Looking for a high energy leader with Special Operations Forces C5ISR experience. This person will lead a large IT infrastructure engineering, planning, and installation effort in Baumholder, Germany. Time will be split between Spring Lake, NC and Germany.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Key Responsibilities: Demonstrates diplomacy when interacting with all internal and external staff. Advises on manpower utilization, workflow, and operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and make overall improvements for the program. Reviews space utilization within the Program; makes recommendations accordingly. Analyzes costs and pricing data submitted by the contract centers to verify and substantiate direct and indirect costs. Works on complex problems and identifies and evaluates solutions to the problems. Resolve problems and exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies. Supervises lower-level program members and assists with hiring. Directs, coordinates, and conducts personnel actions and furnishes guidance and assistance as needed. Prepares requests for contract actions, proposals and assures full compliance with all contract requirements, schedules, and provisions. Oversees contract budgets to ensure fiscal compliance; processes related paperwork (i.e., invoices) Completes other projects and duties as needed. Required Professional Qualifications: Active SECRET security clearance. 10 years military service and 5 years experience in DoD assigned organizations, as military, Government civilian, or contractor. Bachelor s Degree and an additional 5 years experience in DoD assigned organizations, as military, Government civilian, or contractor. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred 3 years Program Management experience on a DoD Contract. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills, contributing effectively within a team. Displays excellent organizational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines. Possesses a keen attention to detail and consistently follows through on tasks.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $103590 - $176130

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
